If you’ll take a look at people from the United States, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea, most of them carry bottled water everywhere they go. In fact, water is the second most popular drink, behind soft drinks.
When you are dehydrated, the skin is more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling. If you are trying to lose weight, skipping soda and drinking water instead can help with weight loss. Drinking at least two to three liters of water every day can help in delivering oxygen throughout your body, regulating body temperature, flushing body waste, and controlling your calories.
Water is truly essential for the kidneys to function properly, as well as our whole body. Without sufficient water in the body, it could result for the kidney to fail. This is a hard lesson learned by a young lady and for sure, by many others who experienced the same medical concern.
According to the lady, she’s not fond of drinking water. Instead of taking in water everyday, she would almost always consume juices or some other drinks.
However, her life changed when her family rushed her to a ho
spital sometime in 2018. She felt so cold. When she opened her eyes, she tried calling her mother, siblings, and grandmother, but words failed to come out of her mouth.
Even with her eyes open, she couldn’t see anything. She knew her mother was talking to her, but she couldn’t hear anything at all. All she was able to do was to pray for deliverance from that gnawing fear of danger.
The doctor found out that her kidney was already failing. It was the reason why she could feel unexplainable pain in the lower left part of her back. Other than having ki
dney crystals, her ki dney was beginning to deteriorate. She had to undergo a lot of tests.
According to the doctor, she suffered from dehydration and loss of oxygen in her body. Her doctor also sternly warned her to always drink water. She followed all the safety precautions to make sure that she would not experience that condition anymore.
Water is important to our body. Let’s not risk our health. Always make sure to drink at least two liters of water every day.
